Rolfing Session - 40 Minutes

$ 115 / Session
This is a short Rolfing session. It is designed to hit one pain point and get you back to work or play quickly.

This includes traditional Rolfing work. We do a posture analysis as well as some movement analysis. We then spend the remainder of the time doing manual work to free up muscle restrictions that are limiting movement and pulling you out of alignment.

This session may include some laser work and will help get you out of pain or over an injury but it doesn’t include stretches or exercises. If you are looking to improve your health long-term see other options.

 

Rolfing Session - 1 Hour

$ 130 / Session
These sessions are a bit longer and will be a mix of movement and traditional Rolfing as well as Cold Laser Therapy. The longer session gives us time to work on your immediate problem and allows us to go into deeper therapeutic treatment. We begin the session with a posture and movement analysis then do some muscle testing. It is great for those looking to improve their overall health as well as decrease pain.

 

Rolfing, Muscle Testing, and Cold Laser - 1hr 15 minutes

$ 150 / Session

For those who want to take charge of their health, reduce pain, and learn more about their body, this is the best deal and most comprehensive session. It starts with muscle and brain balance testing, and then moves into Rolfing and Cold Laser work.

You will be more active in this session, with more movement exploration and breath work.  You will learn where you hold tension. We will do some traditional Rolfing to work it out, recommend various movement exercises to help you between sessions, and discover and treat other causes of tension.

For anyone looking to recover from an injury while not losing any progress you’ve made in your healing journey, this 6-week recovery program is a great package for you! Sessions will include Rolfing, muscle testing, Cold Laser and movement exercises. Designed to get you back on your feet right away. Skip the typical rest/ice/stretch routine and get right back to feeling your best!

6-week recovery package:

The body takes around six weeks to heal from an injury. Don’t spend that time losing your hard earned abilities! If you are trying to recover from an injury and don’t want to lose all the progress you’ve made – try Rolfing!

We will spend six weeks doing manual work (Rolfing), Cold Laser (FDA cleared), and movement work to speed up your healing time, get you back on your feet and be ready to hit the ground running.

6-week programs include:

Six Rolfing sessions spaced one week apart, 12 Cold Laser sessions (six of which will be incorporated into the Rolfing session) and muscle testing with movement exercises.

Week 1:

Session One – Start with a full evaluation and goals, do some muscle testing as well as movement/exercises to see where you are, then manual work with Cold Laser.

Session Two – 15 minutes, muscle testing and Cold Laser.

Week 2:

Session Three – Check the point of injury and movement abilities, Rolfing and Cold Laser.

Session Four – 15 minutes, muscle testing and Cold Laser.

Week 3-5:

Session Five – Begin adding in more athletic movements, Rolfing and Cold Laser.

Session Six – 15 minutes, muscle testing and Cold Laser.

Session Seven – Begin adding in more athletic movements, Rolfing and Cold Laser.

Session Eight – 15 minutes, muscle testing and Cold Laser, return to mild-moderate activity.

Session Nine – Begin adding in more athletic movements, Rolfing and Cold Laser.

Session Ten – 15 minutes, muscle testing and Cold Laser, return to normal activity. Check for any areas that might still be putting strain on the injury so we can fully treat in the final session.

Week 6:

Session Eleven – Full test of movement and range of motion exercises, Rolfing and Cold Laser.

Session Twelve – 15 minutes, muscle testing and Cold Laser.
